Water Department

The Village of Floyd operates the water system within the Village limits at Floyd.  The village acquired the water system from the Floyd Water Co-op in 1998.  Because of an administrative compliance order from the Federal EPA that mandated us to treat the water that was being consumed by our customers.  So the village has had to install a reverse osmosis unit that treats the water that is distributed within Floyd.
